Six foursomes competed for the Spring Golf Tournament. The winners at 5 under par were Scott, Emma and Matt MacDonald plus Mardee Goldberg. In second place at 4 under par were John Borjeson, Donna Beski, Jack Rietbroek and Barb Petit. Dead last at 1 under par were Mike Rusaw, Marilyn Cates, Stu Lesser and Karen Moody.

Each player was paired with a different partner for each of the 15 matches. In the event of a tie the player with the fewest points lost had the higher finish.

He was a great table tennis player. In the senior games back in April he won the gold medal in singles (90 to 94) and with partner Lee Danielson he won the gold medal in doubles (80-84). He was also a terrific golfer. One marker of exceptional play is shooting a score lower than your age. Since April Stan failed to do that only once while averaging under 80.
